My name is Bill Huang. I finished my B.A. and M.A. degrees in Economics from Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, BC. In graduate school, I discovered my passion for teaching when I was working as an economics teaching assistant. I started tutoring math at Success Tutorial School when I moved to Toronto in 2014. I worked different jobs, such as financial advisor, private mortgage assistant, and legal assistant before drifting to teach math and economics full-time at a private high school in Toronto starting in 2017. I enjoyed being around students and helping them learn and apply math and economics concepts in solving real-world problems. I have been teaching at private high schools for over 4 years. I focused on teaching senior courses, such as Functions 11, Advanced Functions, Calculus & Vectors, Data Management, Microeconomics 11, and Macroeconomics 12. I love running and I am an avid marathoner. I am on my way to complete the World Marathon Majors. I have done New York, Chicago, Boston, and London marathons so far. I also like to travel and do photography. I have three adorable cats at home (Kiana being the mother cat, and Albus & Artemis being the kittens).
