Frequently Asked Questions
Is there any deadline for registration?
There's NO deadlines of registration. Our courses are continuous intake.
Where does a student have to be to take an online course?
Anywhere! Students can access their courses from their own home or anywhere in the world. Just an Internet connection and a computer are required.
When does my course start?
Once you finish registration, we will have you set up in your course within 3 business days. You will receive a welcome email containing all the information you need to get started.
How do I register for a course?
Please send us a message through our contact page. Our consultant will contact you shortly.
What documents do I need for registration?
To complete your registration, we require one of the following government-issued identification:
- Driver's licence
- Health card
- Passport
Plus one of the following documents that will serve as proof of the prerequisite (as applicable) and your Ontario Education Number (OEN):
- Ontario Student Transcript (OST)
- Credit Counselling Summary
- Report card
If you do not have any of these documents and are registering with an academic history outside of Ontario, please contact us us through our contact page and we will guide you with next steps.
